48 year old female 5 feet 5 inches 140 pounds. She desired a breast lift with implants. A staged approach was taken where patient underwent a full mastopexy first. Once the mastopexy was allowed to heal over 4 months the patient returned to place implants to provide the upper pole fullness. She was a little asymmetric so different size implants were placed, 405cc and 375cc silicone gel implants were placed submuscularly. Individual results may vary.

46 Year old mother of 3 with pre-existing saline breast implants with malposition of the implants. An implant exchange from Saline to Silicone gel, caspulotomies and a full breast lift were required to provide proper placement of the breast implants and to give the patient a more natural appearance. Patient is a 49 years old, 5 Feet 144 pounds, 2 full term pregnancies. Patient had significant ptosis (droop) which required a full mastopexy (breast lift). Patient underwent a full lift in her first stage. 1 year later she had 445cc silicone gel breast implants placed under them muscle. Patient desired a full C cup. Individual results may vary.
